Privacy Policy

In short: this site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. The only personal data I see is an email you choose to send me.

Who runs this site

The Mind Rewire (themindrewire.com) is an independent website based in Latvia, EU. For anything about your data, email info@themindrewire.com.

What is collected, and why

Server logs. Like almost every website, the server keeps a short technical log of each visit: IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. It is used only to keep the site running and secure, never to build profiles or for advertising. Logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks. The server is in the EU (Lithuania).
Emails you send me. If you write to info@themindrewire.com, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. I use it only to reply. The mailbox is hosted by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre.
Buying the workbook. Checkout is run by Gumroad and opens in a window over this page. Gumroad handles your payment and details, and may use its own cookies to do so. When you buy, Gumroad tells me, as the seller, the email address you bought with, so I can help with your order. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

What is not collected

No cookies set by this site, and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
No advertising or social media tracking pixels.
Fonts are served from this site itself, so your visit is not shared with Google Fonts.
Your data is never sold or rented to anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email info@themindrewire.com. You also have the right to complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).

Links to other sites

Posts sometimes link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you visit them.

Changes

If this site starts collecting anything new, for example an email newsletter, this page will be updated before that happens, with a new date at the top.
